Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na výrobu masových konzerv. Cílem práce je popis technologie výroby zpracování masa na masové konzervy a analýza sortimentu masových konzerv v tržní síti ČR. Je zde popsána technologie zpracování masa na masové konzervy, stroje a zařízení na jejich zpracování.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on the production of canned meat. The objectiv of labor is description of meat processing technology for canned meat and analysis of the range of canned meat in the market network in the Czech Republic. This labor describes the processing technology of tinned meat, machinery and equipment for processing.
