Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá tématem práce s dobrovolníky v sociálních službách. Jejím hlavním cílem je zpracovat analýzu potřebnosti projektu pro zkvalitnění práce s dobrovolníky v neziskové organizaci Dětské centrum Teen Challenge Brno v souvislosti s principy managmentu dobrovolnictví. Práce obsahuje vymezení pojmů dobrovolnictví a dobrovolník a teoretické ukotvení managementu dobrovolnictví. Tyto kapitoly vysvětlují, kdo jsou dobrovolníci a jak s nimi v organizacích pracovat. V následujících kapitolách se věnuji dobrovolnickým centrům a kontextu dobrovolnictví v sociálních službách. Součást práce je i propojení tématu s teoriemi, metodami, technikami sociální práce, sociální politikou, etickým hlediskem a legislativní ukotvení dobrovolnictví v České republice. Poslední kapitolou absolventské práce je analýza potřebnosti, která podrobněji popisuje příčiny a důsledky problematiky, cílové skupiny a subjekty zapojené do řešení.

Abstract:

The graduation thesis deals with the topic of working with volunteers in social services. The main aim is to analyse the need for a project to improve the quality of work with volunteers in the non-profit organisation Dětské centrum Teen Challenge Brno in the context of the principles of volunteer management. The thesis includes the definition of the terms volunteering and volunteer and the theoretical anchoring of volunteer management. These chapters explain who volunteers are and how to work with them in organisations. The following chapters consist of information about volunteer centres and the context of volunteering in social services. The thesis also links the topic to theories, methods, techniques of social work, social policy, ethical considerations and the legislative anchoring of volunteering in the Czech Republic. The last chapter of the graduate thesis is a needs analysis, which describes in more detail the causes, consequences of the issue, target groups and subjects involved in solving the problem.
