Abstract:

ANOTACE Sovadinová Kristýna. Rovnost mužů a žen ve vybraných českých firmách. (Diplomová práce). Brno: Pedagogická fakulta Masarykovy univerzity, 2006. 105 s. Obsah: Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na rovné zacházení, rovné příležitosti v přístupu k zaměstnání a odměňování. Mapuje stav na českém trhu a porovnává se zahraničím. Navrhuje doporučení pro zaměstnavatele a informuje o možných postizích a sankcích ze strany státu. Informuje o rozdílech ve mzdách a postavení v závislosti na pohlaví. Praktickou částí udává konkrétní příklady. Abstract:

SUMMARY The aim for this dissertation was to understand and expain equality between men and woman in the Czech company. The dissertation is divided into two basic parts such as theoretical and practical. First part describe terms used in gender, history and development in the Czech Republic and in other countries, possibilities and comparing between the Czech Republic and European Union, problems in gender in different fields. Show us possibilities how to use gender methods effectively in occupation, how to put together womens profession and personal life and show rights written in the law. Second part of dissertation is aimed on research fair opportunities. At the beggining there are two statements and hypothesis, which we have to agree or disagree with. Research was done by answer sheets from staff department in each companies. This answer sheets were processed, analyzed and evaluated. Research was aimed on companies with less than 100 employees and less than 200 employees in the Czech Republic. There was examined ratio between men and women in management, their education, age and salary depend on number of each company stuff. The final section dissertation recommends suggestion and steps for better activities.
