Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou práva sociálního zabezpečení, především oblasti důchodového pojištění. S ohledem k relativně široce vymezenému předmětu se bakalářská práce soustřeďuje především na dva aktuální tématické okruhy, kterými jsou právní vztahy důchodového pojištění s cizím prvkem a důchodová reforma.
