Implementation of a Selected Trend in Gastronomy into the Company’s Offer
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vybrané trendy v gastronomii aplikované na příkladu malého koktejlového baru v Českém Těšíně. V teoretické části jsou popsány a rozvedeny obecné trendy ve stravování a konzumaci nápojů. V praktické části je zpracován výstup z dotazníkového šetření v rámci klientely baru a návrhová část.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with selected trends in gastronomy on the example of a small cocktail bar in Český Těšín. The theoretical part describes and elaborates general trends in food and beverage consumption. In the practical part, the results of a questionnaire survey among the clientele of the bar and the design part are elaborated.
