Limits of cooperation between social work and healthcare in the Novoborsko region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikování hranic spolupráce v terénní sociální službě a v terénní zdravotní službě pohledem uživatelů v jejich přirozeném sociálním prostředí. Hlavním tématem je poskytování terénních sociálních a zdravotních služeb seniorům a osobám zdravotně znevýhodněným, kdy jsou služby poskytovány paralelně. Práce se zaměřuje na poskytování sociálních služeb a zdravotních služeb jak jsou upravené zákonem a následně je věnována pozornost dlouhodobé péči, která se nachází na rozhraní sociálního a zdravotního resortu, na její koordinaci, formy a cíle. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na to, jak uživatelé vnímají paralelní poskytování služeb, zda se orientují v systému sociálních a zdravotních služeb a zda vnímají nebo nevnímají bariery, které omezují spolupráci výše zmíněných služeb.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on border identifying of co-operation between field social work and field health service from the point of view of the users in their natural social environment. The main topic is provision of field social services and field health services to seniors and to healthy disabled people, when both services are provided at the same time. The Thesis focuses on providing of social services and health services as both are regulated by law. Following the attention is paid to long-term care, which is on the interface of social and health resort, as well to the coordination, forms and targets. Research work of the thesis is focused on following: How the users perceive the parallel providing of the services and at the same time how the users can understand or not understand the system of social and health services. As well if the users feel any barriers or not, which are limiting the co-operation of these services.
