Cílem diplomové práce je určit faktory spokojenosti cestujících se službami ve veřejné dopravě na trase Uherský Brod - Brno. V úvodní části práce se seznámíme s problematikou vnímání kvality veřejné dopravy a se způsoby měření spokojenosti cestujících. The aim of the diploma thesis is to define the determinants of passenger satisfaction in public transport on the route Uherský Brod - Brno. The introductory part of the thesis acquaints us with the perception of the quality of public transport and with ways of measuring passenger satisfaction.
