Instruments and Possibilities of External Communication in the Modern Management

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se zaměřuji na komunikaci na firemní úrovni. Řekneme si, jak správně budovat a udržovat image firmy v době dynamického technického pokroku, jak udržet a podporovat vlastní firemní identitu. Tato práce je koncipována jako přehledný materiál představující způsoby moderní komunikační technologie a jejich využití v praxi. To vše na základě dlouholetých praktických zkušeností. Práce nediktuje, spíše si klade za cíl uvést všechny dostupné varianty a pomoci nám ve snazší orientaci v dané problematice. Zvyšuje naše povědomí o historii komunikačních prostředků, tradičních formách firemní komunikace a faktorech, které jí ovlivňovaly a stále ovlivňují. Umožní nám pohlédnout na možná řešení a zároveň ukáže paralely hodící se pro rozhodování v aktuální situaci. Práce by měla posloužit jako zhuštěný manuál pro každého, kdo hodlá proniknout do problematiky možností a způsobů vnější firemní komunikace a chce si ujasnit jak a kudy by se měl vydat. Objasňuje principy a - v závěru i na příkladu konkrétní společnosti - prezentuje výsledky aplikace nejnovějších technologií v systému řízení moderní komunikace. Mít jasnou firemní identitu, využívat stabilní pokrokové technologie a vědět jak řídit vnější komunikaci. To je cíl, se kterým byla práce napsána.

Abstract:

In my thesis, I am focusing on communication on a company level. We will learn how to create and maintain company image in the times of dynamic technical development as well as how to maintain and support company’s own identity. This thesis represents a clear and transparent material, presenting various types of modern communication technology together with its use in practice, all of this based on a long-time practical experience. The goal of this paper is not to determine any strict rules but rather introduce all possible variants and assist in understanding of the given area. It increases the awareness of the history of means of communication as well as traditional forms of company communication together with the factors that have been influencing it until today. It allows the reader to investigate potential solutions and also points out parallels suitable for decision-making process in a given situation. This thesis should serve as a condensed manual for everyone who seeks the understanding of the problems of means of external company communication and wants to be clear as to how and where to start. It clarifies the general principles and demonstrates the results of applying newest technologies within the system of controlling modern communication – with the help of using an example of an existing company at the end of the paper. The goal of this thesis is to help to set up a clear company identity, use standard development technologies, and know how to control external communication.
