Diplomová práce se zabývá efektivitou meetingů ve vztahu k interakcím účastníků a charakteristikám organizačního designu. Cílem práce bylo určit vztahy mezi interakcemi před/během/po meetingu a efektivitou meetingu v kontextu teorie organizačního designu.
