V bakalářské práci se zabývám inovací a tvorbou školního vzdělávacího programu učebního oboru cukrář. V úvodu mé práce jsem rozpracovala školní vzdělávací program, ve kterém rozpracovávám profil absolventa, uplatnění v praxi, ukončení vzdělání a kompetence, které jsou důležité pro absolventa. In my Bachelor's Diploma Thesis I deal with the innovation and formation of educational system in the field of confectionery.
