Fishing events in the light of gastronomy and tourism industry

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tradicí českého rybářství a rybí gastronomie se zaměřením na rybářské eventy. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat klíčové vlastnosti rybářských eventů v ČR s důrazem na jejich gastronomické aspekty a zároveň potřeby a postoje jejich účastníků. Teoreticko-metodologická část je věnována rybářství, rybí gastronomii a gastronomickému cestovnímu ruchu. Analytická část byla provedena na základě projektu Ministerstva kultury ČR ,,Kulturní tradice českého rybářství ve světle jejího využití v cestovním ruchu a krajinotvorbě“. V rámci projektu byl proveden terénní sběr dat prostřednictvím záznamového archu. Na základě poznatků získaných studiem odborné literatury, internetových zdrojů a na základě výsledků získaných z terénního sběru dat jsou v návrhové části vynesena doporučení pro podporu a propagaci konzumace ryb a udržení rybářské tradice v České republice.

Abstract:

This bachelor theses is focused on tradition of Czech fishing, fish gastronomy and fishing events. The aim of the thesis is to identify the key features of fishing events in the Czech Republic with an emphasis on their gastronomic aspects and the needs and attitudes of their participants. The theoretical part focuses on fishing, fish gastronomy and gastronomy tourism. The analytical part was based on the project of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic named "Cultural Traditions of Czech Fisheries in the Light of its Use in Tourism and Landscape Creation". Within the project, field collection of data was carried out through a record sheet. Based on the knowledge gained from the study of literature, internet sources and results obtained from field data collection, the proposal part contains recommendations for the support and promotion of fish consumption and maintaining the fishing tradition in the Czech Republic.
