Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Bariéry při integrování migrujících z třetích zemí do společnosti na území ČR z perspektivy sociálních pracovníků“ je rozdělena do tří částí. První část se zaměřuje na témata sociální práce, perspektivy sociálních pracovníků, integraci migrujících z třetích zemích a bariéry, které dle relevantní literatury v integraci vznikají. Druhá část shrnuje metodiku použitou ve výzkumu a třetí část přináší analýzu dat, získaných polostrukturovanými rozhovory s deseti pracovníky sedmi organizací, kteří pracují s migrujícími z třetích zemí s dlouhodobým či trvalým pobytem v České republice. Popisuje, jak sociální pracovníci ze své perspektivy nahlíží různé typy bariér, na které naráží při výkonu sociální práce v rámci integrace a zamýšlí se nad možnými souvislostmi.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis “Barriers in integrating of third country migrants into society in the Czech Republic from the perspective of social workers” is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on the topics of social work, the perspectives of social workers, the integration of migrants from third countries and their barriers in integration according to relevant literature. The second part summarizes the methodology that is used in the research and the third part analyzes the data obtained from semi-structured interviews with ten social workers from seven different organizations who work with migrants from third countries having long-term or permanent residence in the Czech Republic. It describes how and why social workers view different types of barriers in integration from their perspective.
