Milk and dairy products in nutrition of children from elementary schools
Abstract:
Tato práce popisuje důležitost konzumace mléka a mléčných výrobků. Práce popisuje složení mléka a rozdělení mléčných výrobků. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum o konzumaci mléka a mléčných výrobků u dětí prvního stupně základních škol pomocí strukturovaného interviewu.
Abstract:
This paper describes the importance of consuming milk and dairy products. This work describes the composition of milk and dairy products division. The practical part focuses on research on the consumption of milk and mild products for children of primary structured interviews.
