Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou osobních údajů ve zdravotnictví. Je zde nastíněna národní, mezinárodní i komunitární právní úprava dané oblasti a vysvětluje hlavní pojmy. Základní pozornost je soustředěna na stěžejní instituty posilující ochranu osobních a citlivých údajů, zejména ve zdravotnické dokumentaci, dále na povinnou mlčenlivost a poskytování údajů o zdravotním stavu.
