Abstract:

Tento obchodní plán je vypracován s ohledem na havajskou restauraci zahájenou v Praze, která nabídne své speciální jídlo známé jako poke; restaurace nabídne extrém Havajské zkušenosti spolu s poskytováním kvalitního jídla a interiéru pro věčný život zkušenosti spotřebitele. Má USP od samotného původu, což by dokonale prospělo to z dlouhodobého hlediska (Doyle, 2016). Restaurace je velmi typická a přibližně polovina restaurace, které vznikly, selhaly do dvou let od jejího zahájení, ale pak také je to považováno za pole pomsty, kde vstoupilo mnoho nových hráčů a nyní rozhodovat nejefektivněji a nejúčinněji.

Abstract:

This business plan is developed regarding a Hawaiian restaurant initiated in Prague which will offer its specialty dish known as poke; the restaurant is going to offer an extreme Hawaiian experience along with providing quality food and interior for an ever-lasting experience of the consumer. It has a USP from the origin itself which would perfectly benefit it in long run (Doyle, 2016). The restaurant business is very typical and approximately half of the restaurants that come into existence fail within two years of its commencement but then too it is considered as an avenging field where many new players have entered and now ruling it most effectively and efficiently.
