Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem formulace politiky dekomunizační politiky konkrétně přijetím zákona o protikomunistickém odboji. Cílem je odpovědět na otázku :co vedlo k uzákonění třetího odboje. Tento proces je sledován pomocí teorie více proudů. Jednotlivé proudy (problémů, politického střetu a politiky) jsou sledovány prostřednictvím teorií vymezených parametrů.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with the process of policy formation of dealing with the communist past; adoption of the Act on anti-communist opposition and resistance is analyzed. The aim is to answer the question what led to codification of the third resistance. This process is described using Multiple Stream Framework.
