Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza právní úpravy procesu podmínění, pozbytí a odnětí řidičského oprávnění včetně její interpretace správními soudy. Zkoumána bude rovněž míra harmonizace těchto procesů v rámci EU. Komparována bude právní úprava platná v České republice s vybranou zemí Evropské unie. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of suspension, forfeiture and revocation process of a driving license, including its interpretation by administrative courts. The level of harmonisation of these processes will also be analysed. The legislation valid in the Czech Republic will be compared with the selected EU country.
