Tato práce analyzuje dopady globální finanční krize 2007 -- 2009 na kapitálové trhy a investiční bankovnictví. Cílem je objasnit příčiny globální finanční krize, jejich jednotlivé souvislosti a roli, kterou v nich sehrálo investiční bankovnictví a model jeho uspořádání. This thesis analyses the impacts of global financial crisis 2007 - 2009 on capital markets and investment banking industry.
