Flexible working regimes

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá flexibilními pracovními režimy a jednotlivými formami, které mohou zaměstnavatelé nabízet. Práce rozebírá a zhodnocuje vybrané formy flexibilních pracovních režimů a shrnuje přínosy a rizika, které tyto režimy přináší jak zaměstnanci, tak zaměstnavateli. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda zaměstnanci mají zájem pracovat ve flexibilních pracovních režimech, a zda na tento zájem měla vliv pandemie viru SARS-CoV-2 a s ní spojená vládní opatření a změny pracovních režimů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část vymezuje hlavní pojmy a představuje vybrané flexibilní pracovní režimy. Druhá část práce je praktická a metodou výzkumu je dotazníkové šetření. Dotazník ověřuje, zda mají zaměstnanci zkušenost a zájem o flexibilní pracovní režimy a jestli na tento zájem měla vliv pracovní zkušenost během pandemie. V závěru jsou na základě celé práce navrženy také doporučení pro zaměstnavatele.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis discusses flexible working arrangements and the different forms that employers can offer. The thesis analyses and evaluates selected forms of flexible working arrangements and summarises the benefits and risks that these arrangements bring to both the employee and the employer. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether employees are interested in working in flexible working arrangements and whether the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic and associated government measures and changes to working arrangements have had an impact on this interest. The paper is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical, part defines the main concepts and introduces selected flexible working arrangements. The second part of the thesis is practical, and the research method is a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire tests whether employees have experience and interest in flexible working arrangements and whether this interest was influenced by the work experience during the pandemic. The thesis concludes with recommendations for employers.
