Abstract:

Práce se zabývá podnikovou kulturou, jako jedním podstatných vlivů na správný chod firmy. Podniková kultura je obrazem vedení podniku a je chápána jako důležitý cíl vedoucích pracovníků. Firemní kulturu není jen o jedinci, nebo jen o firmě. Je to o celé společnosti lidí, kteří dohromady utvářejí společnost. Mezilidské vztahy, prostředí, realizace člověka a rozvoj lidské osobnosti, výkonnost a spokojenost zaměstnanců, image a značka firmy, to vše je firemní kultura. Firemní kultura je složitá oblast, která se nedá shrnout do jedné definice. Je vidět, že tento pojem je spojován s chováním a postojem managementu, výkonem organizace, chováním firmy i zaměstnanců. Ať už firma pokládá za nejdůležitější jakékoli stanovisko, pochopení pojmu firemní kultury, je klíčem k pochopení organizace a všeho, co k ní patří.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with an enterprise’s culture as one of the most relevant impact on a firm’s proper functioning. Enterprise’s culture mirrors the management of the enterprise and is considered to be an important goal of the leading employees. A firm’s culture is not only about the individual or about the firm. It is about the whole society of people forming the company together. Human relations, environment, realization of a person and the development of human personality, efficiency and satisfaction of the employees, image and the firm’s brand, all that creates the enterprise’s culture. An enterprise’s culture is a very complicated field that cannot be put into one definition. It is obvious that this term is connected with management’s behaviour and attitude, organization’s achievement, behaviour of the firm as well as the employees. No matter what goal is considered the most important by the firm, to understand the term firm’s culture is the key to understand organization and everything that belongs to it.
