Component elements of the territorial system of ecological stability as typical landscape features

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je primárně zaměřena na porovnání lokálních prvků územního systému ekologické stability (dále jen ÚSES) s typickými znaky krajinného rázu. Literární přehled se věnuje charakteristice krajiny, její legislativní ochraně na evropské i místní úrovni a závěrem rozborem a charakteristikou ekologické stabilizace krajiny. Zájmová lokalita se nachází v nížinné nivní oblasti řeky Labe, která plynule navazuje na území památkové zóny Kladrubského Polabí. Jedná se o jedinečnou scenérii propojující přírodní složku s kulturní komponovanou krajinou, která je chráněna na národní i celosvětové úrovni. Přítomnost přírodních, kulturních a historických znaků typických pro zájmovou oblast tak vytváří esteticky a přírodně velice hodnotnou scenérii krajinného rázu. Lokální prvky ÚSES představují na většině zájmového území propojený a fungující systém navazující na prvky regionální a nadregionální úrovně. Po vyhodnocení všech informací získaných metodikou preventivního hodnocení krajinného rázu, metodikou vymezování ÚSES, metodikou hodnocení typických znaků krajinného rázu a v poslední řadě vypracování návrhového výkresu můžeme říct, že lokální biocentra a částečně i biokoridory úzce souvisí s typickými znaky krajinného rázu nížinného území.

Abstract:

The thesis is primarily focused on the comparison of local elements of the territorial system of ecological stability (hereinafter referred to as the ÚSES) with typical features of the landscape of the area of interest. The literature review focuses on the characteristics of the landscape, its legislative protection at the European and local level and concludes with an analysis and characterization of the ecological stabilization of the landscape. The site of interest is located in the lowland floodplain of the Elbe River, which is continuously connected to the Kladruby Polabí conservation area. It is a unique scenery linking the natural component with the cultural composite landscape, which is protected at national and global level. The presence of natural, cultural and historical features, typical of the area of interest, thus creates an aesthetically and naturally very valuable landscape scenery. The local elements of the ÚSES represent in most of the area of interest an interconnected and functioning system linked to regional and supra-regional elements. Having evaluated all the information obtained by the methodology of preventive landscape assessment, the methodology of defining the USES, the methodology of assessing typical landscape features and, last but not least, the preparation of the design drawing, we can say that the local biocentres and partly also the biocorridors are closely related to the typical landscape features of the lowland area.
