Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím semen hořčice bílé k hodnocení toxických účinků kontaminant životního prostředí. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na metody hodnocení ekotoxicity. Je zde uveden přehled biologických testů akutní toxicity. Dále je řešena problematika čistírenských kalů, jejich charakteristika, zpracování a možnosti využití. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is concerned with the use of white mustard seeds for evaluation of toxic effects of environment pollutants. Theoretical part is focused on the methods of ecotoxicity evaluation. A survey of biological tests of acute toxicity can be found here.
