Diplomová práce je zaměřena na stanovení porfyrinových barviv, zejména vzorku Chlorophyllin sodium copper a čtyř standardů Protoporphyrin IX, Chlorin e4, Chlorin e6 a Pheophorbide a s využitím kapalinové chromatografie a hmotnostní spektrometrie. Úkolem bylo vyhodnotit retenční charakteristiky výše uvedených látek a v poslední části byly látky stanoveny pomocí dvoudimenzionální kapalinové chromatografie …more
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the determination of porphyrin dyes, especially the sample Chlorophyllin sodium copper and four standards Protoporphyrin IX, Chlorine e4, Chlorine e6 and Pheophorbide a using liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry.
