The work of teaching assistant at the first level of primary schools

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Práce asistenta pedagoga na prvním stupni základních škol" se zabývá nově vznikající profesí asistenta pedagoga, se zaměřením zejména na asistenty pedagoga ma prvním stupni základních škol. Práce je teoreticko - empirického charakteru. Teoretická část se věnuje historickému vývoji jak myšlenkových přístupů ke vzdělávání, které stojí za zrodem profese asistenta pedagoga v České republice i Evropě, tak i počátkům a vývoji této profese. Součástí je i popis současného zakotvení profese v právních normách. Práce obsahuje i vysvětlení základních pojmů pojících se k jejímu tématu. Empirická část se skládá z metodologické části a interpretace dat. Metodologická část popisuje kvalitativní přístup užitý při realizaci výzkumného šetření zaměřeného na zodpovězení výzkumných otázek. Interpretace dat předkládá výsledky získané z analýzy polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké jsou názory asistentů pedagoga na jejich profesi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis"The work of the teacher assistant at the first level of primary schools" deals with the newly emerging profession of teacher assistant, focusingon teacher´s assistants at the first level of primary schools. The aim of the thesis is to provide a preview of new approaches to education focusing on one of their main supporting pillars, which are assistant teachers. The work is theoretically - empirical. The theoretical part is devoted to the historical development of both thought approaches to education, which are behind the birth of the professor of teacher assistant in the Czech Republic and Europe, as well as to the origins and development of this profession. Part of this is also a description of the current anchoring of the profession in legal norms. The work also contains an explanation of basic concepts relating to its topic. The empirical part consists of a methodological part and data interpretation. The methodological part describes the qualitative approach used in the implementation of a research survey focused on answering research questions. The data interpretation presents the results obtained from the analysis of semi-structured interviews. The aim of this work is to find out what are the views of the teacher's assistants in their profession.
