Předmětem práce je pojmenování tří hlavních způsobů dispozice s podnikem. Konkrétně se jedná o prodej podniku, vklad podniku a nájem podniku. Práce obsahuje také rozbor pojmu podnik a jeho organizačních složek. The main topic of this thesis is listing three main ways of disposal of the enterprise. Specifically, it is the sale of the enterprise, an investment and lease.
