Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými výhodami. Cílem práce je analyzovat systém využívaní zaměstnaneckých benefitů, daní a její uplatnění v nezisková organizace. První část se zabývá současnou teorii problematiky zaměstnanecký benefitů. Druhá část obsahuje informace o neziskové organizaci a nabízených benefitech. Třetí část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, analyzuje výsledky a návrhy na zlepšení systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů v dané organizaci.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with topic of employee benefits. The aim of thesis is to analyze the use of the system of employee benefits, taxation and its application in non-profit organizations. The first part deals with the current problems of the theory of employee benefits. The second part contains information about the nonprofit organization and the benefits offered. The third part contains a survey, analyzing the results and suggestions for improving the system of employee benefits in the organization.
