Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem věrnostních programů s užším zaměřením na lékárny. Cílem této práce je nalézt a zhodnotit možné příčiny nevstoupení do věrnostních programů lékáren v ČR. V teoretické části jsou představeny aspekty, které mohou mít vliv na rozhodnutí vstoupit do věrnostního programu. Na jejich základě je vytvořen dotazník, který zodpovědělo 204 jedinců. Abstract:
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the topic of loyalty programs with a narrower focus on pharmacies. The aim of this thesis is to find and evaluate the possible reasons for not joining the loyalty programs of pharmacies in the Czech Republic.
