Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kybernetické kriminální činnosti. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována problematice počítače a počítačového systému, informačních systémů, dále je popsána kybernetická kriminalita a kybernetický útok, anonymita v prostředí internetu, digitální stopa a projevy kybernetické kriminality. Praktická část detailněji popisuje jednotlivé projevy kybernetické kriminality, jako sociální inženýrství, malware, botnet, phishing a pharming, hacking, cracking, spam nebo internetové pirátství. V závěru práce jsou zmíněny hackerské útoky na nemocnice, které se v období probíhající pandemické krize začaly objevovat ve velké míře. Nakonec jsou uvedeny možnosti odhalování a vyšetřování kybernetické kriminality včetně slabých míst v boji proti kybernetickému terorismu a doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of cybercrime. The theoretical part pays attention to the issue of computer and computer system, information systems, cybercrime and cyberattack, anonymity in the internet environment, digital footprint and manifestations of cybercrime. The practical part describes in more detail the various manifestations of cybercrime, such as social engineering, malware, botnet, phishing and pharming, hacking, cracking, spam or internet piracy. At the end of the thesis, hacker attacks on hospitals are mentioned, which began to appear to a large extent during the ongoing pandemic crisis. Finally, options for detecting and investigating cybercrime, including weaknesses in the fight against cyber terrorism, and recommendations for improving the current situation are presented.
