The bachelor ´s dissertation is focused on restaurants offering Fine Dining gastronomy, to their offer, the gastronomical services and the quality of gastronomical services. I follow the quality of services by Mystery shopping in two chosen companies. Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je zameraná na reštaurácie poskytujúce Fine Dining, na ich ponuku, na poskytované gastronomické služby a na kvalitu gastronomických služieb. Pomocou Mystery shoppingu sledujem kvalitu služieb vo dvoch vybraných podnikoch.
