Hlavním tématem diplomové práce je problematika akutního infarktu myokardu s elevacemi ST úseku na EKG, a období po infarktu, zejména prvních 48 hodin po vzniku potíží. This thesis discusses problems connected with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and the period after infarction, especially first 48 hours after symptoms had manifested. The thesis is split to theoretical and practical part.
