Predmetom mojej práce je charakteristika finančnej a kapitálovej štruktúry podniku a faktory na ňu vplývajúce. V prvej kapitole sme si vymedzili finančnú a kapitálovú štruktúru, uviedli sme najdôležitejšie faktory na ňu vplývajúce, riziká spojené so získavaním cudzieho kapitálu.
