Táto bakalárska práca sa venuje podmienkam pri založení a prevádzkovaní zero waste reštaurácie na Slovensku. Cieľom práce je zhodnotiť podmienky a prekážky zero waste reštaurácie na Slovensku a porovnať založenie a prevádzkovanie takéhoto typu už existujúcej reštaurácie Silo v Spojenom Kráľovstve z ekonomického a právneho hľadiska pomocou kvalitatívnej analýzy.
