Abstract:
Kadeřnické činnosti se věnuji již od vyučení. Později se k tomu přidala i touha svoje vědomosti předávat dál. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, v čem spočívají podobnosti a rozdíly ve výuce odborné praxe oboru kadeřník ve státní a soukromé sféře a v čem problémy tohoto oboru. I have been involved in hairdressing business since I finished my apprenticeship. Later I added a desire to share my experience and knowledge. The goal of this work was to find out the similarities and differences in training hairdressers in the state and private sector and also to find out the problems of this professional field.
