Comparative analysis of the organizational structure of a selected type of non-profit organizations

Abstract:

Autor se ve své práci zaměřil na komparaci organizačních struktur vybraných organizací zabývajících se otázkou zlepšení schopností studentů a absolventů VŠ. Hlavní výzkumná otázka zněla „Jak se od sebe liší organizační struktura dvou podobně zaměřených neziskových organizací, kde jedna z nich poskytuje individuální služby a druhá spíše standardizované vzdělávací služby??“. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké rozdíly v organizační struktuře (a nejen v ni) jsou mezi organizacemi s individuálním přístupem ke klientovi a organizacemi s univerzálně standardizovaným přístupem.V první, teoretické, části práce autor vymezuje teoretické pojmy nezbytné k pochopení tématu. Ve druhé části práce autor rozpracovává postup výzkumu a podává analýzu výsledků výzkumu, kterou provedl pomocí použití kvalitativního výzkumu technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Celkový rozsah práce je 14 922 slov.

Abstract:

In his thesis the author has focused on a comparation of organizational structures in chosen organizations which are dealing with the question of improving student and graduate student skills. The main question of the research was „How doest the organizational structure of two similarly specialized nonprofit organizations differs, whereas one of them providesindividual services and the other one more of stanradized educational services?" The goal of the thesis was to find out what are the differences in the orgazainational structure (and not only in there) between organizations with an individual approach towards a klient and organizations with universally standardized policy.In the first, theoretical part, the author is defining theoretical terms which are necessary to understand the topic. In the second part of the work the author is elaborating the proceeding of the research and provides analysis of the results, which he did by using qualitative research technique of semi-structured interviews. . Total number is 14 922.
