The work team and its motivational tools

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců. Těmito činnostmi se musí v podniku zabývat zejména personální manažer. Primárním cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat systém motivace a odměňování ve vybraném podniku a na základě vykonaného výzkumu navrhnout opatření na zlepšení současného systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců. K dosažení primárního cíle nám pomáhají parciální cíle. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části práce lze nalézt teoretické vymezení základních pojmů a sumarizaci poznatků, které se týkají motivace a odměňování. V druhé části pak lze nalézt hlavní a parciální cíle této práce, výzkumné předpoklady a metodiku práce. Třetí kapitola obsahuje charakteristiku vybraného podniku, systém odměňování a motivační nástroje, které jsou využívané v podniku. V poslední části uvádíme vyhodnocení dotazníkového výzkumu a naše návrhy a doporučení, které mohou vést ke zlepšení systému odměňování a motivace ve vybraném podniku.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of motivation and remuneration of employees. These activities must be dealt with in the company especially by the personnel manager. The primary objective of the thesis is to analyse the motivation and reward system in the selected company and, based on the research carried out, to propose measures to improve the current system of rewarding and motivating employees. To achieve the primary objective, we are assisted by partial objectives. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the first part of the thesis one can find a theoretical definition of basic concepts and a summary of knowledge related to motivation and reward. In the second part one can find the main and partial objectives of this thesis, the research assumptions and the methodology of the thesis. The third section contains the characteristics of the selected company, the reward system and the motivational tools that are used in the company. In the last section we present the evaluation of the questionnaire research and our suggestions and recommendations that can lead to the improvement of the reward and motivation system in the selected enterprise.
