Legal Standing of Stock Company Minority Shareholders
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou ochrany menšinových společníků v akciové společnosti. Dále pak porovnáním změn právní úpravy v oblasti ochrany menšinových společníků a jejich ochrany. Také se zabývá otázkou rovnosti a konfliktů mezi majoritou a minoritou v akciové společnosti a uvádí výkladové a realizační problémy s ohledem na rekodifikaci soukromého práva.

This thesis deals with the protection of minority shareholders in a corporation. Furthermore, by comparing changes in legislation regarding the protection of minority shareholders and their protection.
