Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou střídavé péče v českém právním řádu a praxi. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. The thesis deals with the issue of alternating care in the Czech legal system and its implementation in practice. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts.
