Abstract:
Tématem práce je rozbor rozhodovací činnosti ESLP a ÚS ČR na problematiku průtahů v řízení s ohledem na spravedlivý proces, koncentraci řízení a další okolnosti určující délku řízení.
Abstract:
The theme of the work is to analyze the decision-making of the ECHR and the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic on the issue of delays in the proceedings with regard to a fair trial, the concentration of procedure and other factors determining the length of the proceedings.
