Corporate Social Responsibility of Firms in the field of Care of Human Resources

Abstract:

V dnešním globálním světě si pojem společenská odpovědnost firem našel již své místo. Společenská odpovědnost firem se skládá ze tří základních oblastí, ve kterých by se podniky měly angažovat. Jedná se o oblast nejen ekonomickou, ale i sociální a ekologickou. Prioritním cílem každé společnosti je dosažení maximálního zisku. Podniky, malé či velké, by měly podporovat prostředí, ve kterém se nacházejí, ale i své vnitřní okolí. Aktivity společenské odpovědnosti jsou dobrovolné a záleží pouze na firmě, zda se jim bude věnovat. Z konceptu společenské odpovědnosti plyne mnoho výhod pro všechny zainteresované skupiny. Každá firma, uplatňující tento koncept, by měla o svých aktivitách dostatečně informovat veřejnost. V teoreticko - metodologické části je vymezen koncept společenské odpovědnosti firem. V aplikační části je analyzován přístup uplatňování společenské odpovědnosti firem ve vybrané organizaci a proveden vlastní empirický výzkum. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat uplatnění společenské odpovědnosti firem ve vybrané organizaci a navrhnout možná zefektivnění.

Abstract:

In the today´s global world the term Corporate Social Responsibility has found its place. The Corporate Social Responsibility consists of three basic spheres which companies should involve. It is not only the economic sphere but also social and environmental. The priority aim of every company is to achieve maximum profit. However small or large companies should support the environment in which they are located but also its internal neighborhood.Activities of Corporate Social Responsibility are voluntary and they depend only on the company whether it will persue them. Many benefits for all stakeholders comes from the Corporate Social Responsibility. Each company applying this concept should adequately inform the public about its activities. The concept of Corporate Social Responsibility is defined in the theoretical and methodological part. The attitude of application the Corporate Social Responsibility in the chosen organization is analyzed and the own empirical research is conducted in the practical part. The main aim of the Bachelor Thesis is to analyze the application of the Corporate Social Responsibility in the chosen organization and to suggest possible effectiveness.
