Firemní kultura ve vybranem podniku

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a posoudit současnou firemní kulturu ve společnosti Messer Tatragas, spol. s. r. o., navrhnout doporučení a řešení pro celkové zlepšení firemní kultury v daném podniku. První část diplomové práce se věnuje teoretickým poznatkům o dané problematice a definuje jednotlivé části týkající se firemní kultury. Další část je věnována analýze a sbírání dat v samotném podniku. V poslední části se nachází vyhodnocení výzkumu a v závěru je návrh opatření, zlepšení pro zefektivnění současného stavu v podniku.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to analyze and assess the current corporate culture in Messer Tatragas, spol. with. r. o., to propose recommendations and solutions for the overall improvement of corporate culture in a given company. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledge of the given issue and defines individual parts related to corporate culture. Another part is devoted to analysis and data collection in the company itself. In the last part, there is an evaluation of the research and at the end there is a proposal for measures, improvements to make the current situation in the company more efficient.

Cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať a posúdiť súčasnú firemnú kultúru v spoločnosti Messer Tatragas, spol. s. r. o., navrhnúť odporúčania a riešenia na celkové zlepšenie firemnej kultúry v danom podniku. Prvá časť diplomovej práce sa venuje teoretickým poznatkom o danej problematike a definuje jednotlivé časti týkajúce sa firemnej kultúry. Ďalšia časť je venovaná analýze a zbieraniu dát v samotnom podniku. V poslednej časti sa nachádza vyhodnotenie výskumu a v závere je návrh opatrení, zlepšení pre zefektívnenie súčasného stavu v podniku.
