Anotácia:

Bakalářská diplomová práce s názvem „Šikana na pracovišti (mobbing, bossing, staffing) v prostředí knihoven“ se zabývá konflikty na pracovišti, zejména těmi, které přechází v šikanování, a to jak v rovině obecné, tak konkrétně v prostředí knihoven. Práce nejprve popisuje formy šikany na pracovišti, jejich průběh a strategie, dále také seznamuje s důsledky, které má šikana pro jedince samotné i pro celou organizaci. Práce také uvádí možnosti prevence a obrany, které je vhodné v případě šikany na pracovišti využít. V neposlední řadě práce řeší specifika šikany na pracovišti v knihovnách a její součástí je také kvantitativní výzkum zaměřený na tento fenomén.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis „Bullying in the workplace (mobbing, bossing, staffing) in the libraries“ deals with conflicts in the workplace, especially with the bullying ones. It focuses on bullying in the workplace in general and also in the libraries. At first, thesis describes the forms of bullying in the workplace and also the process and strategy of bullying. The thesis intoduces the consequences of the bullying for individuals and for the organization. It also describes the possibilities of prevention and defence, which are suiteble for the problems with bullying. Last but not least, the thesis deals with the specifics of bullying in the library workplace and the part of the thesis also contains quantitative research of this phenomenon.
