Abstract:
Cílem práce bude zhotovení podnikatelského plánu na rozšíření stávajícího podnikání v oblasti pohostinství o restaurační služby. Práce bude zaměřena na strukturu podnikatelského plánu a na vybraný podnik. V práci budou vybrány vhodné analýzy, které budou následně implementovány pro vytvoření vlastního podnikatelského plánu.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to compile a business plan for the purposes of expanding an establishment in the field of hospitality and restaurant services. The thesis shall focus on the structure of business plan and on select company. Appropriate analysis shall select and implement for the business plan itself.
