Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zaměstnaneckých benefitních programů, které jsou v současné době využívány v zemědělských podnicích v České republice. Zaměstnanecké benefity budou posuzovány z hlediska výhodnosti pro jejich zaměstnance. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována základům systému odměňování. This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of employee benefit programs that are currently used in agricultural enterprises in the Czech Republic. Employee benefits will be assessed in terms of convenience for their employees. In the theoretical part, attention is paid to the basics of the remuneration system.
