Táto bakalárska práca je zameraná na dane a ich ochranu v trestnom práve. Prvá kapitola je venovaná histórii daní. To znamená, že táto kapitola zahŕňa vznik a postupný vývoj daní od staroveku až po súčasnosť. Druhá kapitola približuje správu daní, popisuje správcov dane a zhodnocuje stav ochrany platenia daní na území SR a EÚ.
