Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo vyhodnotit fúzi vybrané společnosti Královský pivovar Krušovice a.s. se svojí dceřinou společností Starobrno a.s. dle vybraných kritérií. The purpose of this dissertation was to evaluate the merge of chosen companies Kralovsky pivovar Krusovice a.s. and its subsidiary company Starobrno a.s. according to the selected criterions.
