Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Řízení mezinárodního týmu v nadnárodní společnosti“ poskytne teoretický přehled o možnostech řízení a fungování mezinárodního týmu, v němž trvale pracují zaměstnanci různých národností. Zdůrazní části manažerského vedení náchylné na různé možnosti interpretace řízení v závislosti na interkulturních odlišnosech.
Abstract:
Dissertation „International team management in the multinational company“ provides an overview of multinational team management and adverts on many factors which occur in a multinational team. The main focus is put on management decisions which are predisposed for different ways of understanding because of inter-cultural differences within team.
