Motivation of teachers of vocational subjects for further education

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce se zabývá motivací učitelů odborných předmětů k dalšímu vzdělávání. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a legislativní rámec související s dalším vzděláváním, jakožto součást širšího konceptu profesního rozvoje. Dále se zaměřuje na vzdělávání učitelů z pohledu jejich motivace. Praktická část navazuje na teoretická východiska. Praktická část analyzuje postoj a motivaci učitelů odborných předmětů k dalšímu vzdělávání. Identifikuje motivační faktory i možné překážky, které brání učitelům se dále vzdělávat.

Abstract:

The subject of this final thesis deals with the teachers motivation of vocational subjects for further their education. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and legislative framework related to further education, as part of a broader concept of professional development. It also focuses on educating teachers in terms of their motivation. The practical part builds on the theoretical basis. The practical part analyzes the attitudes and motivation of teachers of vocational subjects to further education. It identifies motivational factors and possible obstacles that prevent teachers from further education.
