V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na to, jak sociální pracovníci pracující ve službách pro seniory, nahlíží na své kompetence. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezení pojmů jako sociální práce, sociální pracovník, senioři a změny ve stáří a vybrané sociální služby pro seniory. In my bachelors thesis, I focus on how social workers working in services for seniors view their competences. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms such as social work, social worker, seniors and changes in old age and selected social services for seniors.
