Operational controllership - the function and the organizational position in an enterprise
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat institucionalizaci controllingu ve vybraném podniku a informační podporu, kterou controllingový útvar poskytuje formou svých zpráv manažerům podniku. Na konkrétním problému vysoké výše zásob je použita metoda ABC, obrátka zásob, brainstorming, finanční analýza ekonomické přidané hodnoty (EVA) a metoda řízeného rozhovoru.
Abstract:
The aim of this graduation thesis is to analyze controlling implementation in a selected company and information support of the controlling department reported to the company's managers. A specific problem of too high an inventory level is approached by implementing ABC method, inventory turnover, brainstorming, analysis of Economic Value Added (EVA), and The Directed Interview Method.
