Alternative food networks in the districts of Děčín and Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Cílem této závěrečné práce je zabývat alternativními potravinovými sítěmi (APS) v okresech Děčín a Ústí nad Labem. V teoretické části budou uvedeny rozdíly mezi produktivistickým a multifunkčním zemědělstvím a jejich dopady na venkov. Dále bude s českou a zahraniční literaturou diskutováno téma alternativních potravinových sítí, jejich vznik a rozvoj, následně jejich stručná charakteristika a výhody či nevýhody. A v poslední kapitole budou charakterizovány okresy Děčín a Ústí nad Labem. V praktické části bude provedena analýza APS v okresech Děčín a Ústí nad Labem, budou zmapována místa produkce i spotřeby. Za pomoci rozhovorů bude zjišťován potenciál a bariéry dalšího rozvoje APS ze strany producentů.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to discuss alternative food networks (AFN) in the districts of Děčín and Ústi nad Labem. The theoretical section identifies differences between produktivistickým and multifunctional agriculture and their impact on the countryside. Next, with Czech and foreign literature discussed the topic of alternative food networks, their formation and development, followed by their brief characteristics and advantages and disadvantages. And in the last chapter will be characterized District Děčín and Ústi nad Labem. In the practical part will analyze the APS in the districts of Děčín and Ústi nad Labem, they mapped the place of production and consumption. With the help of interviews will be determined and the potential barriers to further development of the APS by the producers.
